Ecuadorian Central Flower

This is the second time I have received flowers from ECF. My son ordered from out of town so I did not work directly with the staff. The flowers are amazing, gorgeous, beautifully arranged, high quality, long lasting! I seriously cannot say enough great things about my experience with this business.

Review of funeral flower arrangement (Love's Twilight Sympathy Basket (Deluxe)): The flowers were delivered on time, and the quality of the flowers themselves was good. However, I was very disappointed with the size and fullness of the arrangement, especially since I paid for the deluxe upgrade. The arrangement looked sparse and underwhelming for the price. In fact, there were bouquets in vases at the funeral that looked much fuller and more substantial at about half the cost of what I spent. Given the price and the upgraded option, I expected something that felt more generous and reflected the value I paid for. While I appreciated the prompt delivery and the freshness of the flowers, I do not feel the arrangement matched the cost.

received beautiful flowers on a few occasions from this store. they always look great and are made with love. as you can see from the photos. i usually go in person, so i cant say anything about delivery service. the other reviews are a bit ridiculous, complaining about not being delivered to a business. i do deliveries too and businesses can close early, unexpectedly, so many issues. i wouldn’t pay attention to those reviews. seems like miscommunication on both ends.

I’ve ordered from them twice, and both arrangements were absolutely beautiful. They’re quick to respond to calls or texts, which made everything so easy. Great customer service and stunning flowers — I’ll definitely keep them in my contacts and use them again!

Hands down the best flowers I’ve ever purchased. The owner and her son were so kind and attentive, and they made the most beautiful bouquet — truly a piece of art. I brought it to an event and people would not stop complimenting it. You can really feel the care they put into their work. Warm, thoughtful, and incredibly talented. If you’re looking for a florist or flower shop in the Minneapolis / Twin Cities area, this place is a gem.
